$40 Non-Refundable Application Fee per each applicant. (Over the age of 18)

Employment: must reflect a minimum of 6 months with current employer.

All applicants over the age of 18 must submit and application and bring the following information with Application:

Valid Driver's License/Identification card & SSN.

Last 8 paystubs if you get paid bi-weekly, last 16 paystubs if you get paid weekly

Birth certificate and SSN for any children (we will make copies)

Income Requirements: must meet LIHTC Section 42 Qualifications, click HERE for requirements

Rental History: must provide name, address and date of tenancy from previous landlords

Credit History, we will not accept any of the following:

Bankruptcies must have been discharged a minimum of 2 years ago

No evictions

Any defaults in lease agreements or any outstanding balances to other properties or collection agencies

Criminal History, we will not accept any of the following:

Registration as a sex offender and/or conviction of any sex crime will be denied

Any misdemeanor, felony crime within the past 4 years. Any crime related to murder, arson, drug manufacturing or sex crimes, regardless of the time frame will cause an immediate denial

Maximum of 2 pets per apartments

Refundable pet deposit of $400, pet rent $15 per pet

Guests are not permitted to bring any type of pet onto the properties
